A Special Christmas Tip ‘o the Hat from Officer Delicious: On behalf of the NYPD, I’d like to thank all of the nice tourists and out-of-towners who complained to local news crews about bein’ inconvenienced and havin’ their holiday shopping interrupted by tens of thousands of ordinary New Yorkers silently marching down Fifth Avenue Saturday to protest the fatal police shooting of 23-year-old Sean Bell three weeks ago on his wedding day.
