You don’t have to post every day. Life has a way of interfering.
I don’t lose sleep over it or anything, but I read somewhere about the importance of regular posting and of keeping your readers (feh) informed about breaks. (Does a late afternoon post apologizing for the lack of posts count as “informing”? Maybe not.)
