A Debate: Did the U.S. Military Attack Iraqi Civilians With White Phosphorous Bombs in Violation of the Geneva Conventions?…a Pentagon spokesperson in Baghdad who admits such bombs were used but denied they were used as a chemical weapon… — We used such bombs, but not as chemical weapons. And they were Mark 77’s, not traditional napalm. Phew! Just as long as we’re not using any banned weapons as banned weapons…
