Though I haven’t checked the accuracy of my source, here’s a George Lucas quote that made me laugh: “This may upset many fans, but Darth Vader is going to have no role in the new Star Wars TV show. I believe it is best to keep Vader’s adventures after Revenge of the Sith a secret for now.” Uh, George, I think there are a few movies dealing with what Darth does after Revenge of the Sith.
Darth Vader (well, Anakin Skywalker, now one with the force,) is working on a piece for “the stump” as a guest blogger. Look for his post in the coming days.
The movie was great, by the way. Like a Shakespearian tragedy, only without the flowery poetic dialog. It did have the bloody ending in which almost everyone dies, in one way or another.
Edit: I heard a rumor that Kevin Smith (creator of Clerks, Chasing Amy, Mall Rats, etc.) is going to be writing/driecting some of the shows. Please tell me this doesn’t mean Ben Affleck is going to play Han Solo.
